$15 Sports Physicals Available at Cobre High School September 3
Cobre students who still need a sports physical for the 2026–2027 school year will have an opportunity to receive one on campus on Thursday, September 3 for $15.
The HMS Mobile Medical Clinic will be at Cobre High School from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to provide sports physicals to Cobre High School and Snell Middle School students. This is a great opportunity for students participating in winter and spring sports who have not yet completed their required physical.
Students who wish to receive a physical must have a completed and signed consent form ready to provide to the medical provider on September 3. Copies of the consent form are available in the Cobre High School and Snell Middle School front offices or through the link below.
Students will also need to bring their NMAA Sports Physical Form. Copies of the NMAA form are available in the front offices at both Cobre High School and Snell Middle School, or the link below.
