Attention 3rd, 4th, 5th graders!!! Register for our afterschool program! Mrs. Morones and Mrs. Kauffman will be guiding us through Lego Robotics! Our program will be from 3:30-4:30, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Register with the QR code on Facebook and the flyer.

Until further notice Summer Lunch in the park will take place at Bayard Elementary School inside the cafeteria, due to the heavy smoke advisories that are in effect. Viola Stone Park, Bayard Park, and Hurley Park will remain closed until further notice.
Please be advised that due to the thick smoke from the forest fire here in Grant County . Lunch in the park on Monday June 16th is canceled. Please keep an eye on the Cobre webpage and facebook for further updates.
Just a reminder, free lunch will be served at San Lorenzo Elementary for kids ages 1-18 years, adults can purchase a lunch for $4. Served from 11:00-12:00 from June 2-June 26. Meals have to be eaten at the school.
Remember to wear your red San Lorenzo t-shirt tomorrow for movie/park day!! We have to have a signed permission slip for students to leave school.
The Cobra Consolidated School District is pleased to announce the availability of free summer meals for 2025. Meals will be offered to all children, regardless of income, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Adults may purchase a meal (lunch $4) after all children have been served, or they may call the Cobre Student Nutrition Department at 537-4083 prior to meal service, to ensure availability. Sites are open to any child 1-18 years of age. See the Attached flyer for more information

Bus 40 and 42 just left the school. Please plan pick up times accordingly.
The bus will not be able to make a route at 4:00 and return to school by 4:30 for afterschool program. Afterschool program today will end at 4:00. Please call the school with any questions. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
Bus 40 will run on regular schedule. Any students not picked up will be kept at school until 4:00, when the bus gets here.
Attention Parents, bus 42 took 4th and 5th grade students on the field trip today. They are stuck in construction and will not return to school until approximately 4:00pm. The bus will run its route at this time. Parents are encouraged to come pick up students at regular dismissal time
