Until further notice Summer Lunch in the park will take place at Bayard Elementary School inside the cafeteria, due to the heavy smoke advisories that are in effect. Viola Stone Park, Bayard Park, and Hurley Park will remain closed until further notice.

Please be advised that due to the thick smoke from the forest fire here in Grant County . Lunch in the park on Monday June 16th is canceled. Please keep an eye on the Cobre webpage and facebook for further updates.

The Cobra Consolidated School District is pleased to announce the availability of free summer meals for 2025. Meals will be offered to all children, regardless of income, on a first-come, first-served basis. Adults may purchase a meal (lunch $4) after all children have been served, or they may call the Cobre Student Nutrition Department at 537-4083 prior to meal service, to ensure availability.
