Until further notice Summer Lunch in the park will take place at Bayard Elementary School inside the cafeteria, due to the heavy smoke advisories that are in effect. Viola Stone Park, Bayard Park, and Hurley Park will remain closed until further notice.
Please be advised that due to the thick smoke from the forest fire here in Grant County . Lunch in the park on Monday June 16th is canceled. Please keep an eye on the Cobre webpage and facebook for further updates.
Just a reminder, free lunch will be served at San Lorenzo Elementary for kids ages 1-18 years, adults can purchase a lunch for $4. Served from 11:00-12:00 from June 2-June 26. Meals have to be eaten at the school.
Remember to wear your red San Lorenzo t-shirt tomorrow for movie/park day!! We have to have a signed permission slip for students to leave school.
The Cobra Consolidated School District is pleased to announce the availability of free summer meals for 2025. Meals will be offered to all children, regardless of income, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Adults may purchase a meal (lunch $4) after all children have been served, or they may call the Cobre Student Nutrition Department at 537-4083 prior to meal service, to ensure availability. Sites are open to any child 1-18 years of age. See the Attached flyer for more information
