Cobre Consolidated Schools will host a presentation at Cobre High tomorrow at 6:00 pm in the Performing Arts Center titled Internet Safety for Parents, Guardians, Students, and the Community which will discuss the importance of Internet Safety, Sexting, and Cyberbullying.

Cobre Families:
Students at the middle and high school will be attending a 45-minute presentation on Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships on Wednesday, September 4th. The presenter will be Angelique Sedillo from POMS and Associates from the New Mexico Public Schools Insurance Authority.
This is an essential presentation that empowers our students with the knowledge they need to navigate their interpersonal relationships safely and responsibly.
Key Topics:
•Healthy Relationships: Learn the importance of mutual respect, honesty, and realistic expectations.
•Unhealthy Relationships: Identify signs of discomfort or intimidation and recognize harmful behaviors like unwarranted jealousy or privacy invasions.
•Digital Dangers: Understand the risks of "sexting," digital dating abuse, and the need to maintain control over personal digital and social media accounts.
•Sextortion: Discover what sextortion is and how to protect oneself from online predators who may use images or videos for blackmail.
•Grooming & Boundary Invasions: Recognize the warning signs and learn what actions to take if such behaviors are encountered.

The Cobre & Snell Football programs will be selling tickets for their Roasted Green Chile Fundraiser. Please see the attached flyer for more information. Please get in touch with any football player or coach to purchase your tickets. Thank you again for supporting our programs!
The Bayard Fall Baseball League is currently looking for teams to participate.
Who: Teams can consist of players 18yrs and up.
How many: Teams should have at least 12 players on the roster.
Team fee: $250 to pay for umpire fees and field fees. Paid in full prior to the 1st scheduled game.
Dates: The season will run from September through November. Evening games on Monday through Thursday.
Uniform: Matching colored top and baseball pants.
Post season: Single elimination seeded tournament at the end of the season.
Where: Howie Morales Stadium in Bayard, NM.
