Cobre High School will be opening up our front parking lot for any RV’s that need to park for those affected by the Trout fire. We do not have power or bathrooms at the parking lot as of right now.

The Cobre High School class of 2026 will be having a Summer Carwash Fundraiser this Saturday, June 7, from 9am to 2pm at the Bayard Food Basket. There will also be additional popsicles and waters. Thank you for your support!

Attention Cobre High School Class of 2025 Graduates: Official Diplomas can be picked up from the Cobre High School Office next Tuesday, May 27, 2025! (The school will be closed for Memorial Day).
Once again, Congratulations to you all!
In preparation for Graduation, please note the parking areas for Graduation. All normal parking will be in the front of the school (student parking and front parking lot). The Cafeteria hallway will be open to cut across the school. Handicap parking will be behind the school by the woodshop, and all vehicles parking in this location must have a handicap placard. The dirt parking lot by the football field is reserved for Graduates, who will be at the school by 4:30 pm. The gate by the science wing will be locked and closed.
Congratulations to the Cobre High School Class of 2025's Valedictorian, Isabella Garcia, and Salutatorian, Kristina Fletcher! Isabella has finished this school year with a 4.3704 GPA, while Kristina completed with a 4.1600 GPA. Great job ladies!!

Snell Middle School Students & Parents: Yearbook distribution day is May 19th. Students can secure their yearbook by pre-paying in the office, but can also purchase the yearbook on Tuesday and throughout the rest of the week.
Cobre High School will be on an early release schedule on Thursday, May 22, 2025, to prepare for Graduation.
All other Cobre Consolidated District Schools will be on regular schedule.

Teen Drama Fridays are now every Friday from 2-5 pm at Bayard Public Library! Casting for Alicia, a short play and bilingual adaptation of Alice in Wonderland by Elaine Romero will start tomorrow, Friday, May 16. Ages 10-18 are welcome to come audition tomorrow from 2-5 pm. If you can't make it tomorrow, don't worry, auditions and casting will continue every Friday until all roles are filled. The Teen Drama Club will perform at Fall Festivals.
